Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of Casa Tresoria's website, inquiry forms, direct booking forms, and direct guest-stay services.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit a direct booking request or use the website to arrange a stay.

Eligibility & accurate information

The person making a booking must have the legal capacity to enter into the booking arrangement and must provide accurate contact, guest, and stay information.

You are responsible for ensuring that all guests included in your reservation understand and follow applicable unit and building rules.

Direct booking requests

A direct booking form is a request only. Submitting a request does not automatically reserve dates, guarantee availability, or create a confirmed booking.

A direct reservation becomes confirmed only after Casa Tresoria verifies availability, provides the applicable rate and booking terms, and any required payment step is completed and verified.

Pricing, fees & payment

Rates may vary based on dates, length of stay, guest count, availability, seasonality, and applicable fees.

The total amount due and accepted payment method will be communicated before payment is requested. A quote applies only to the dates and booking details stated in that quote unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Casa Tresoria does not require payment information solely to submit an initial booking request.

Guests should only make payment using payment instructions provided directly by Casa Tresoria after availability and the total booking amount have been confirmed.

Changes, cancellations & refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and no-show terms applicable to a direct booking will be disclosed before the booking is finalized.

Requested changes after confirmation are subject to availability and may result in a revised rate or additional charges.

Reservations made through Airbnb or another booking platform remain subject to that platform's applicable cancellation, refund, and payment terms.

Guest responsibilities during the stay

Guests must use the unit responsibly and in a manner consistent with residential use, the confirmed guest count, and applicable building rules.

• Follow confirmed check-in and check-out times.
• Do not exceed the confirmed number of guests without prior approval.
• Use furniture, appliances, linens, access cards, keys, and amenities with reasonable care.
• Do not engage in unlawful, disruptive, dangerous, or nuisance-causing activity.
• Notify Casa Tresoria promptly about significant damage, safety concerns, or maintenance issues.

Building rules, registration & access

Casa Tresoria is located within a condominium property. Guests must comply with applicable lobby registration, identification, security, amenity, visitor, and other building requirements in effect during the stay.

Access instructions may include use of an RFID card, key, or other access item. Guests are responsible for safeguarding these items and returning them as instructed.

Damage, missing items & additional costs

Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of damage, missing items, lost access items, or cleaning requirements materially beyond normal turnover where caused by the guest or members of the guest's party.

Where practical, Casa Tresoria will document the issue and provide information supporting any additional charge.

Amenities, utilities & service availability

Casa Tresoria makes reasonable efforts to provide the unit and listed amenities in working order. However, access to utilities, internet, shared building amenities, elevators, pool facilities, or other third-party services may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, building operations, or circumstances outside Casa Tresoria's control.

Guests should report material issues promptly so that reasonable assistance can be provided where possible.

Third-party booking platforms & links

This website may link to Airbnb, Google Maps, social media platforms, payment providers, or other third-party services.

Casa Tresoria does not control the terms, privacy practices, availability, or technical operation of third-party services. When you use a third-party platform, its own terms and policies also apply.

Privacy & communications

Information submitted through Casa Tresoria forms may be used to respond to inquiries, assess booking requests, communicate about reservations, coordinate stays, meet legitimate building-registration requirements, and maintain operational records.

By submitting your contact details, you authorize Casa Tresoria to communicate with you regarding your inquiry or booking through the contact channels you provide.

Website content & intellectual property

Casa Tresoria's branding, website copy, photographs, graphics, and other original website content are provided for informational and booking purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially use Casa Tresoria's original website content without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Tresoria is not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, including third-party service interruptions, building-wide outages, acts of government, severe weather, or failures of external platforms.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

Casa Tresoria may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in booking procedures, guest-stay procedures, website functionality, or applicable requirements.

The version published on this page will display the date of the most recent update.
